Your Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee Studio Operations – Ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless client experience.

• Create a Welcoming Atmosphere – Foster a warm, family-friendly environment that keeps clients coming back.

• Drive Performance & Sales – Lead the team to meet sales targets and maintain high service standards.

• Motivate & Develop the Team – Train, inspire, and support staff to achieve excellence.

• Improve & Innovate – Identify opportunities to enhance operations and contribute to business growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience – Successfully managed teams of 20+ employees with strong results.

• Background in hospitality or customer-focused industries – Skilled in delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Proactive and solution-oriented – Quick thinker with a hands-on approach to challenges.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills – Able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
