Customer Service Representative

You+Baby Studio is a family photography studio expanding across the MENA region, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to help clients with their bookings. If you’re fluent in Arabic and English and enjoy making people's experiences smooth and easy, we’d love to have you on our team!

 

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Bookings & Follow-Ups – Assist clients with reservations and follow up to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Client Support – Handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide outstanding customer service.

  • Sales & Upselling – Recommend additional services and products to maximize client satisfaction.

  • Order Management – Coordinate with the retouching team and track orders from post-production to delivery.

  • Feedback & Resolution – Gather client feedback, manage revisions, and resolve any issues professionally.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service management.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Fast typing and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

  • Reliable PC/laptop with high-speed internet.

  • Previous experience in typing and calling.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts/days.
