Growth Manager

You+Baby Studio is looking for a highly analytical, data-driven Growth Manager to maximize bookings, revenue, and profitability across all our studio locations. Your Main Mission:

Create and implement effective pricing strategies and offers, ensuring optimal bookings, revenue, and profitability across all studios. Work closely with the sales, reservation, and marketing teams to execute and refine these strategies for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Branch Performance: Track and optimize daily bookings, occupancy rates, and appointment fill rates across all locations.

  • Strategic Pricing & Promotions: Develop, test, and refine offers, bundles, and upselling strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.

  • Customer Lifecycle Growth: Analyze customer behavior to drive retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value (LTV).

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales, Reservations, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance metrics and funnel data to drive strategies and implement corrective actions when needed.

  • Reporting: Deliver precise, actionable reports to senior management, focused on performance trends and revenue optimization.
     

Core KPIs You'll Own:

  • Average Bookings Per Day

  • Average Order Value (AOV)

  • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

  • Appointment Fill Rate

  • Cancellation & No-show Rate

  • Customer Retention Rate

  • Revenue per Studio Branch
     

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years in a growth, analytics, or operations role (preferably in multi-location service businesses).

  • Mastery of numbers, statistics, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven experience in creating high-performing offers, bundles, or pricing strategies.

  • Highly organized, disciplined, and target-focused.

  • Assertive communication skills and strong leadership instincts.

  • A relentless drive for operational excellence and performance optimization.
