Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Talent Search – Craft and post job openings, identify potential candidates, and headhunt with a keen eye for top talent.

• Candidate Selection – Assess resumes, conduct video interviews, and ensure candidates align with the role and company culture.

• Interview Coordination – Handle all aspects of interview scheduling, feedback, and work closely with managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Onboarding Support – Manage the internship process, provide training, and ensure new hires feel supported and empowered to succeed.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience – 2-5 years in recruitment or a related field, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.

• Strong Communication – You’re fluent in English (Upper Intermediate or higher) and can build strong relationships through interviews and team collaboration.

• Passion for People – You’re enthusiastic about matching the right candidate with the right opportunity, and you get excited when a new hire thrives.

• Adaptable & Eager to Learn – Ready to work in a fast-paced, evolving team where new challenges are always around the corner.
